Atelier dev build

The version of Atelier our videos show: the build we use in our own studio every day, on our own computers. Everything on this page is a real capture from it.

DEV BUILD

This is ARCITECH’s own studio build of Atelier. It runs ahead of the free public preview; features here arrive in the preview as each one is proven.

DEV BUILD · Drawing first

Drawn, checked, then built

Each level is drawn first, on layers: walls, doors, glazing, stairs and room areas, each on its own. A checker then reads the dimensions back and returns errors with exact numbers, such as a door running 4,650 mm past the end of its wall, a lobby 39% too small, or outside walls that did not close. The model fixes its own drawing and sends it back until it clears.

  1. 01

    Drawn on layers

Every level starts as a plan on named layers, at 1:100 on an A3 sheet, with room areas and dimensions in millimetres.

  2. 02

    Checked with numbers

The checker answers with measured errors, not opinions. The lower level (L0) cleared on revision 5, the entry level (L1) on revision 10, the garage on revision 3.

  3. 03

    Built from the drawing

Only then is the 3D built, from the cleared drawings alone: 98 parts on 20 layers, exported as IFC4. Our founder wrote the brief and made three corrections.

DEV BUILD · The local model

On one graphics card

The dev build runs its main model on one graphics card in our studio.

Model

Qwen3.8 Flash-Next

A Q2 build of Qwen3.8 Flash-Next, served with Strata on one NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti SUPER with 16 GB. It writes about 45 to 53 tokens a second and reads a fresh 21,000-token prompt in about 13 seconds.

Budget

Thinking with a deadline

The local model gets a fixed thinking budget. When it runs out, a short decision note tells it the best next move and which tool to use, so it acts instead of circling.

Report

Measured, then reported

Each step ends with a short report of what was drawn, checked and built, with the measured size of every part.
